From Lake George, NY: Here is a portion of the Hudson Valley Firefighter Convention’s Mardi Gras parade, which took place on Friday, June 19th, 2009 on Canada Street. Additional Information: Rain was in the area for much of the day, threatening to downscale the parade. But many great floats showed up, drawing many tourists and locals alike to watch as Firefighters took time to break from the serious business and showed us all that they could have fun.
